Community News Ottawa: Lifetime Achievement Honours for Chef Joe
A vaunted local Chef, known for his culinary excellence as well as his generosity, received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Volunteer Ottawa at its annual volunteer awards. Chef Joe Thottungal who owns two popular Indian Restaurants showcasing delicacies from his native Kerala, led a team that provided more than 100,000 meals to those in need during the pandemic.
