More Housing For Penticton
A new apartment development has officially opened in downtown Penticton, adding 75 much-needed rental units to the city's housing supply. The Atria development at 372 Martin Street, built by Appelt Properties, includes one, two, and three-bedroom units designed to help address growing housing demand. Outgoing Mayor Julius Bloomfield says projects like this are key to increasing density within the city rather than expanding outward.
