Middlesex County Piloting Workforce Navigator Program
Middlesex County is piloting a Workforce Navigator role, intended to help connect employers with new employees. The Navigator will provide one-on-one assistance to residents to understand available resources and training opportunities that lead to sustainable employment. It’s a position that’s the first of its kind says Director of Economic Development Cara Finn.
