Local Youth Share Perspectives To Shape Action
In her role as a Youth Ambassador with the Oxford Planet Youth Coalition, Aalanna Rusnak has been able to share her voice as a young person and help guide the work of the substance use prevention model. Earlier this year, Planet Youth survey results were released from grade 9 and 10 students in Oxford and Elgin.
Planet Youth Oxford is starting a youth advisory board, something that is already underway in Elgin. Grace joined the board on a recommendation from her work at Ignite Youth Centre in St. Thomas and is happy to be able to share her perspective to go alongside survey results.
